Napalijarri-warnu Jukurrpa (Seven Sisters Dreaming) Canvas Art Print - Elaborate and moody, this piece brings a layered effect to your space with juxtaposing patterns depicted on either side of the canvas. Mesmerising linework and abstract shapes enhance the neutral palette of deep blue, warm orange-toned beige, and soft white tones.

The Seven Sisters Dreaming is a Jukurrpa (Dreaming) following the seven ancestral Napaljarri sisters, who can still be seen in the night sky today within the cluster of seven stars in the Taurus constellation (more commonly known as Pleiades).

In contemporary Warlpiri paintings, traditional iconography is used to represent the Jukurrpa, associated sites, and other elements. Often depicted in these paintings is the female star Yantarlarangi, who chases these seven sisters for having stolen the night from her.

This breathtaking collection takes us on a journey of storytelling from some of our most coveted Indigenous Aboriginal artists, featuring Amanda Hinkelmann, Joy Nangala Brown and Shanna Napanangka Williams. These intricate pieces depict special recollections, with each artist drawing on the richness of their personal life experiences of strength, resilience, and connection. The visual beauty of each is so unique and unequivocal.

Complimenting any decor and colour theme in your home or office space, this collection boasts intensely cool palettes, from midnight blue and saltwater teal, along with warm palettes of scorched earth red, sunset orange and sandy white. Any of these pieces will be sure to bring a special Dreamtime into your favourite room.
